RAW Services did a great job way better then the first contractor that I had hired earlier this year. Damon from the office called me the day after the repairs were complete to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work that was done. Overall great experience.

There had been a leak in our home inside the walls that went unnoticed and mold started to grow. Out of all the places we called, RAW was the friendliest and most knowledgeable. They quickly came out and answered all my questions and fixed our home. I highly recommend this company.

What great service. I had a water heater break and flood my place. Adam came out and had me cleaned up and ready to go. He took care of all the water damage that the water heater had caused. Reasonable prices and amazing service.

We had a broken valve in in our upstairs toilet /water closet and rite a way services came out per our home warranty company. I believed they fixed the issue (more about that later). They referred me to their sister company RAW. I called since water had flooded the upstairs and leaked through the ceiling to the first floor. They spent at least 30 mins on the phone with me giving me guidance on what to do until they arrives the next morning. Jason the service manager came out and was in a freshly pressed and clean uniform, showed me his credentials and gave me a courtesy call before showing up. He assessed all the damage and was beyond reassuring. He calmed my nerves and was beyond knowledgeable and kind. The next day his colleague Gabriel arrives with all the fans and dehumidifiers. He cut out the wet ceiling, carpet padding and did a great job. They checked on me daily to see how things went over the 4 day drying out period. Jasen and Gabriel became like family, I am very picky and can find fault with just about own character admit it....these guys were amazing and wonderful with my young daughter. They explained every step and then turned the work over to their restoration division.

Mike arrived and did the rebuild assessment and was fabulous! He was just as professional as the other guys. He brought his Crew three-four days and restored everything beautifully. He even made a second trip to do some touch ups from my own wear and tear! He offered to touch up some little dings and defects with his extra paint and patching material....WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!

Jasen, Mike and Gabriel are the guys you want, and the whole office staff was fantastic. When they say they will call you back in 5's 5minutes. They were in constant comm with my adjuster as well and took a lot of stress off me.

I will have them back when we redo our downstairs flooring ...that's how good these guys were!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Please call them if you need help , emergency or not. Btw, they drove 2 hrs each way to come to my home daily....and they never rushed. Most companies wouldn't take the job being so far or would try and rush the job to save travel time or days....not RAW!

Btw, got a call tonight from the area manager to check on us and see how we were doing and if we needed anything...this is good service!
